Friday I made Parmesan Breaded Chicken Tenders. I took some parmesan cheese, basil and garlic powder, mixed them together in a bowl. Then I took one package of chicken tenders (boneless, skinless) and dipped them in an egg that had been beaten and then into the parm mixture. Then I "fried" them in the oven in a glass pan with alittle bit of oil until done.
They turned out so great. We had them for supper friday night with baked beans. And then Saturday I had the leftovers on a salad with lettuce, peppers, onions, bacon bits, Provolone cheese and Ranch dressing.

I know this is late. They look yummy!
I want to make chicken fried steak for supper tonight, but due to low-carbing I can't use any flour. I want to try using the parmesan cheese, is that Parmesan out of the jar like served at pizza joints or is it freshly grated?
Thanks!
Paula ;o)
I used the Parm like at the pizza joint. :D
